Mens Brown Khaki Suit

Khaki, in British or European jargon, is a type of green tinged brown cloth or the color of such fabric. it is nowadays more frequently called "KAH-kee" in Britain and "KAA-kee" in the USA. The name comes from the Persian khak meaning earth-colored or dust colored. The original khaki fabric is a directly twilled cloth of linen or cotton.

Brigadier Sir Harry Burnett Lumsden began the use of Khaki for British Army regiments serving under him in India in 1848. All British troops in India adopted khaki in 1885 having previously used white as the tropical color. The Boers used khaki clothing as camouflage in the first Boer War; in the second Boer War the British did as well.

If you want to climb the corporate ladder, brown or khaki stylish jacket and pant combination take you from trainee to chairman of the board.

Men look attractive and striking in Khaki suits, chiefly if worn with coffee-colored or dark brown shirts.

In Khaki Suit split collar, quality sleeve linings, the lapels of minimum thickness for softer appearance. The highest quality shoulder pads to enhance the natural shoulder line. Felt and layers of canvas to mould and maintain shape of sleeve  head.

It is also believed that Khaki suits go well with brown shoes worn without socks and a Khaki suit becomes more outstanding with a bright colored shirt or tie. Never close all the buttons on your Khaki suit coat. That will make you look get crazy or at times sheepish.

The most satisfying thing about going khaki is how deceptively resourceful it is. Pair, Khaki with a crisp white shirt and black tie and, from the office to late-evening cocktails, you’ll be the sharpest guy you see all day.

But certain fashion experts offer different suggestions. They opine that the best combination for khaki suits is a white shirt and solid black tie.

To authenticate Khaki suit, they quoted with Sean Connery wearing that combination as James Bond in a few of his movies. They jocularly add that if it's good enough for Bond, it's good enough for any of us.

But most people agree that Khaki is multipurpose men’s outfit and one need not be too fanatical with the color of the shirt or the tie. Quite a few strongly believe that a pink shirt and beige shoes goes very well with Khaki suit.

Pay attention to the wrinkle factor when wearing Khaki suits. An unlined Khaki jacket is more comfortable but it must hold its shape throughout a full day's wearing. You can press it yourself, if you're very careful, but better still, give it to an expert to launder. Never wear the same Khaki suit for two days at a stretch.

Khaki suit is huge time of year in both men's and women's fashions. It's a wonderful suit as the weather warms up. It's versatile, cool and looks good with all skin tones.

"Khaki" has also become a common slang term in the United States Navy that refers to chief petty officers and officers who wear a khaki-colored uniform.

Today, civilian "khakis" oxy moronically come in all ranges of colors and the term seems to refer more to the particular design or cut of the pants or trousers. In this context "Khakis" have become popular as business casual pants/trousers.

However, the cuts and designs labeled "chinos" or "khakis", or a few other less popular terms thus used in Khaki suit, are by and large so similar that only marketing geniuses of major brands are able to distinguish between them.
